An mere announcement made that Ronna McDaniel will step down as RNC Chairperson will NOT be sufficient to resolve this market to "Yes". This market will only resolve to "Yes" if Ronna McDaniel actually steps down as RNC Chairperson within this market's timeframe.

The primary resolution source for this market will be information from the RNC and Ronna McDaniel, however a consensus of credible reporting will also be used.
