This market will resolve to "Yes" if Milady has a higher floor price than Bored Ape Yacht Club (BAYC) for at least 15 continuous minutes between May 20 and May 31, 2024, 11:59 PM ET (inclusive). Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No".

The primary resolution source for this market will be Blur's chart for each NFT, specifically the red line for 1d sales, for the dates within this market's range (Milady: https://blur.io/eth/collection/milady, BAYC: https://blur.io/collection/boredapeyachtclub). If Blur becomes unavailable or ceases to report figures, another credible source may be used.

Note: If the 15 min long period starts at e.g. May 31, 2024 11:50 PM ET it will still count for this market.


Will Milady flip BAYC in May?

This market will immediately resolve to “Yes” if the Milady floor price reaches 2ETH or higher at any point between December 31, 2025, and December 31, 2026, 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise, it will resolve to “No.”

The resolution source for this market will be NftPriceFloor, specifically the "Milady price chart" available at https://nftpricefloor.com/milady, with "1M" selected on the top bar. The price will be determined based on the value shown when hovering over the chart.

Only data from NFTPriceFloor will be used to resolve this market. Prices from other data providers or NFT marketplaces will not be considered.

Will Milady floor price reach 2 ETH before 2027?

This market will resolve to "Yes" if Kim Kardashian receives a passing score on the California Bar Exam by May 3, 2026, 11:59PM ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No".

If the results of all California State Bar Exams within this market's timeframe are not known by the specified end date, this market may remain open until May 30, 2026, 11:59 PM ET, after which, if results remain unavailable, this market will resolve to "No".

The resolution source for this market will be official information from the California State Bar Association, however a consensus of credible reporting will also be used.

"25 bps decrease" will be considered to have become the favorite for any four-hour period if it is ahead of "No change" in the majority of individual minutes during a qualifying time period. A tie in the number of minutes will not suffice.

If the underlying market resolves prior to this market, this market will immediately resolve in accordance with the underlying market’s final outcome. If a listed option resolves “Yes,” this market will resolve immediately in favor of the corresponding market. Accordingly, if a listed option resolves “No,” this market will resolve in favor of the other option. If both options simultaneously resolve in the same direction, such as in the case of a negrisk market in which another option resolves “Yes”, this market will resolve 50-50.

This market will resolve to “Yes” if both the following occur:

1. Zohran Mamdani wins the 2025 NYC Mayoral election.

2. A policy is enacted in New York City before December 31, 2026, 11:59 PM ET, which would establish a tax increase of 2% or more targeting individuals, households, or family units with an income of at least $1 million (USD or equivalent).

When the proposed tax goes into effect (e.g., if a qualifying tax is enacted for the 2028 fiscal year) will have no bearing on this market's resolution, so long as the policy has actually been enacted within this market's timeframe.

The policy will be considered to have been enacted if a local or state law is passed, or mayoral executive order is issued which will bring the stated tax into effect within the specified timeframe. The introduction, proposal, or announcement of such a policy without legal enactment will not qualify.

Policies which include limited exceptions—such as such as exceptions for specific families, asset classes, etc.—will still qualify as long as a general tax as described is enacted.

If Mamdani is confirmed to have lost the 2025 NYC Mayoral election by a consensus of credible reporting, or if the stated terms are not satisfied within this market's timeframe, this market will immediately resolve to “No”.

The resolution source for this market is the Associated Press, Fox News, and NBC. This market will resolve once all three sources have conclusively called winners of the House and Senate in the 2026 United States midterm elections. If all three sources do not achieve consensus in calling the relevant races for this market, it will resolve based on the official certification.

For the purpose of this market, a tournament victory is valid regardless of whether the final was won via a walkover, a mid-match retirement, or a standard completed match.

If at any point it becomes impossible for a listed player to achieve a Calendar Grand Slam in 2026 (e.g. Sabalenka does not win the 2026 Australian Open) this market will resolve immediately to "No".
