On November 18, MicroStrategy announced that together with its subsidiaries, held an aggregate of approximately 331,200 bitcoins (see: https://assets.contentstack.io/v3/assets/bltb564490bc5201f31/bltc841ab65fe7d972b/673b392ad908785dbba03616/form_8-k_11-18-2024.pdf). 

This market will resolve to "Yes" if MicroStrategy holds 400,000 or more bitcoins at any point befroe December 31, 2024, 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No".

The resolution source for this market will announcements from MicroStrategy or Michael Saylor as to their total BTC holdings. 

Will MicroStrategy hold 400k+ BTC before 2025?

This market will resolve to “Yes” if MicroStrategy Incorporated or Michael Saylor officially announce that the company’s total Bitcoin holdings are equal to or greater than the number specified in the title at any point by 11:59 PM ET on the date specified in the title. Otherwise, this market will resolve to “No”.

The resolution source for this market will be official announcements from MicroStrategy or Michael Saylor as to their total BTC holdings.

This market will resolve to “Yes” if any Binance 1-minute candle for BTC/USDT has a final "Low" price below MicroStrategy’s reported “Avg BTC Cost” at any point between January 21, 2026 and December 31, 2026, 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise, it will resolve to “No.”

The resolution source for this market is Binance, specifically the BTC/USDT Low prices available at https://www.binance.com/en/trade/BTC_USDT, with the chart settings on "1m" for one-minute candles selected on the top bar.

MicroStrategy’s average buy price will be taken from the “Avg BTC Cost” value shown in its publicly reported Bitcoin holdings table available at https://www.strategy.com/purchases

Only Binance BTC/USDT data will be used. Prices from other exchanges, trading pairs, or timeframes will not be considered.

Bitcoin below MicroStrategy average buy price in 2026?

This market will resolve to “Yes” if BIP-360 is implemented on the Bitcoin network by December 31, 2026, 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to “No.”

The resolution source will be the Bitcoin blockchain, in addition to a consensus of credible reporting.

Bitcoin BIP-360 implemented in 2026?

This market will resolve to “Yes” if total commitments for the Bitway raise on Kaito exceeds the number specified in the title before the raise closes. Otherwise, it will resolve to “No.”

If the final commitment amount cannot be verified by December 31, 2026, 11:59 PM ET, or if relevant information becomes permanently unavailable within the market timeframe, this market will resolve to “No.”
