This market will resolve to the crypto token which is first to reach 1,000,000,000.00 in fully diluted valuation or greater for five consecutive minutes between April 9, 2024, 12:00 PM ET and December 31, 2024, 11:59 PM ET.

This market will resolve to "$TRUMP" if the FDV of $TRUMP achieves the resolution criteria before $boden. This market will resolve to "$boden" if $boden achieves the resolution criteria before $TRUMP.

If neither achieves the resolution criteria before this market's end date, it will resolve 50-50.

The primary resolution source for this market will be 1 minute price candles for $TRUMP (https://dexscreener.com/ethereum/0xe4b8583ccb95b25737c016ac88e539d0605949e8) and $boden (https://dexscreener.com/solana/6uybx1x8yucfj8ystpyizbyg7uqzaq2s46zwphumkjg5), viewed by clicking Price and 1m on the top row of the chart. Specifically, five consecutive 1-minute price candles need to all have Low prices which, when multiplied by the total supply of $TRUMP and $boden, provide an FDV $1,000,000,000.00 or greater for this market to resolve in favor of one token or the other.

If the five minute period starts at e.g. December 31, 11:58 PM ET to January 1, 12:02 AM ET, it will count for this market.

This market will resolve to the crypto token which is first to reach 1,000,000,000.00 in fully diluted valuation or greater for five consecutive minutes between April 9, 2024, 12:00 PM ET and December 31, 2024, 11:59 PM ET.

This market will resolve to "Trump" if the FDV of $TRUMP achieves the resolution criteria before $boden. This market will resolve to "boden" if $boden achieves the resolution criteria before $TRUMP.

If neither achieves the resolution criteria before this market's end date, it will resolve 50-50.

The primary resolution source for this market will be 1 minute price candles for $TRUMP (https://dexscreener.com/ethereum/0xe4b8583ccb95b25737c016ac88e539d0605949e8) and $boden (https://dexscreener.com/solana/6uybx1x8yucfj8ystpyizbyg7uqzaq2s46zwphumkjg5), viewed by clicking Price and 1m on the top row of the chart. Specifically, five consecutive 1-minute price candles need to all have Low prices which, when multiplied by the total supply of $TRUMP and $boden, provide an FDV $1,000,000,000.00 or greater for this market to resolve in favor of one token or the other.

If the five minute period starts at e.g. December 31, 11:58 PM ET to January 1, 12:02 AM ET, it will count for this market.

Trump vs. Boden: First to 1B

This market will resolve based on whether Donald Trump announces that he will vote for or endorse the listed candidate in the election named in the title.

If Donald Trump does not announce an endorsement by the day before the scheduled election at 11:59 PM ET, this market will resolve to "No".

The resolution source for this market will be official information from Donald Trump or one of his representatives, or a consensus of credible reporting of Donald Trump's endorsement.

This market will resolve to the lower price in the title if Bitcoin’s price dips to that level or below before it hits the higher title price between January 2, 2026 at 3:00 PM ET and December 31, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET. It will resolve to the higher price in the title if Bitcoin’s price first reaches that level or above before it dips to the lower title price during the same period.

If neither price level is reached within the market timeframe, the market will resolve 50–50.

This market will resolve to "Gold" if, between October 8, 2025, 12:00 PM ET, and June 30, 2026, 11:59 PM ET, the price of the COMEX Gold Continuous Contract (GC00) reaches or exceeds $5,000.00 per troy ounce during regular trading hours before Ethereum (ETH) reaches or exceeds that same price according to the final "Close" price of all Binance 1 minute candles for ETH/USDT.

This market will resolve to "ETH" if, within that same timeframe, Ethereum (ETH) reaches or exceeds $5,000.00 according to the final "Close" price of all Binance 1 minute candles for ETH/USDT before the price of the COMEX Gold Continuous Contract (GC00) reaches or exceeds that same price per troy ounce during regular trading hours.

This market will resolve to “Silver” if Silver hits 100 before Bitcoin hits 100k by December 31, 2026, 11:59 PM ET. This market will resolve to “Bitcoin” if Bitcoin hits 100k before Silver hits 100 by December 31, 2026, 11:59 PM ET.

Silver will be considered to hit 100 if any Yahoo Finance 1-minute candle for the front month for Comex Silver futures (SI=F) has a final "High" price equal to or above 100. 

The front month for Comex Silver futures at a given time will be the specific Silver futures contract shown on Yahoo Finance at https://finance.yahoo.com/quote/SI=F/ at that time. If the silver futures contract shown on Yahoo Finance at https://finance.yahoo.com/quote/SI=F/ changes during this market's timeframe, this market will treat the updated contract as the new front month. Prices/quotes for other Silver Futures contracts will not be considered.

The resolution source for Silver will be Yahoo Finance, specifically, the Comex Silver futures "High" prices available at https://finance.yahoo.com/quote/SI=F/, with the chart settings on "1m" for candle intervals.

Bitcoin will be considered to hit 100k if any Binance 1 minute candle for BTC/USDT has a final High price equal to or greater than 100,000.

The resolution source for Bitcoin will be Binance, specifically the BTC/USDT High prices available at https://www.binance.com/en/trade/BTC_USDT, with the chart settings on "1m" for one-minute candles selected on the top bar.

If Silver first hits 100 and Bitcoin first hits 100k in candles for the same exact minute, or If Silver has not hit 100 and Bitcoin has not hit 100k by December 31, 2026, 11:59 PM ET, this market will resolve 50-50.

Please note that the outcome of this market depends solely on the price data from the Binance BTC/USDT trading pair and from Yahoo Finance Silver futures front month quotes. Prices from other data aggregators, other exchanges, different trading pairs, or spot markets will not be considered for the resolution of this market.

This market will resolve to "Yes" if the Fully Diluted Valuation of Opensea's token is greater than the value specified in the title 1 day after launch. Otherwise, the market will resolve to "No."

The token must be actively, publicly transferable and tradable to be considered a launch.

This market will resolve to "Yes" if the Fully Diluted Valuation of Backpack's token is greater than the value specified in the title 1 day after launch. Otherwise, the market will resolve to "No."

The token must be actively, publicly transferable and tradable to be considered a launch.
