AC Milan cling to second in the Serie A table on 63 points after 30 matches, one clear of Napoli at 62, yet traders favor Napoli at 52.5% implied probability for the final second-place spot due to their home clash against Milan this weekend—potentially decisive for Champions League qualification—and stronger recent form under Conte amid Inter's momentum stall from their 69-point lead. Como's breakout fourth-place surge to 57 points with a +31 goal difference fuels their 9.5% odds after five straight wins, while Juventus and Roma sit tied on 54 with tougher remaining fixtures. Inter's 11% reflects slim risk of dropping amid eight games left, where goal difference and head-to-heads loom large.

In the event of a tie, this market will resolve to the team officially recognized by Serie A as finishing in second place. If multiple teams are officially awarded second place, the market will resolve to the team whose listed name comes first alphabetically.
If at any point it becomes impossible for the listed club to finish 2nd in the 2025-2026 Serie A season (e.g. they are mathematically unable to achieve enough points), the market will resolve to "No".
If the 2025-2026 Serie A season is cancelled, postponed after May 31, 2026, 11:59 PM ET, or there is otherwise no 2nd place team declared within that timeframe, this market will resolve to “Other”.
The primary resolution source will be official information from Serie A. A consensus of credible reporting may also be used.
