Napoli holds a razor-thin edge in trader consensus for Serie A second place at 46% implied probability over AC Milan's 41%, reflecting their surge to 62 points—just one behind Milan's 63 after 30 matchdays—fueled by four straight wins capped by Scott McTominay's goal in a 1-0 victory at Cagliari. Inter's six-point lead at 69 points makes them heavy title favorites, pricing their drop to second at 18%, while Como's surprise ascent to 57 points in fourth adds pressure on the top trio for Champions League spots. The pivotal Napoli vs. AC Milan clash on April 6 looms large, with Milan's tougher remaining fixtures including away trips to Napoli and Juventus tilting sentiment toward Conte's hot streak amid the tightly contested table battle.

In the event of a tie, this market will resolve to the team officially recognized by Serie A as finishing in second place. If multiple teams are officially awarded second place, the market will resolve to the team whose listed name comes first alphabetically.
If at any point it becomes impossible for the listed club to finish 2nd in the 2025-2026 Serie A season (e.g. they are mathematically unable to achieve enough points), the market will resolve to "No".
If the 2025-2026 Serie A season is cancelled, postponed after May 31, 2026, 11:59 PM ET, or there is otherwise no 2nd place team declared within that timeframe, this market will resolve to “Other”.
The primary resolution source will be official information from Serie A. A consensus of credible reporting may also be used.
