AC Milan holds a slim one-point lead over Napoli in the Serie A table after 30 matchdays—63 to 62—with Inter Milan comfortably ahead at 69 points, cementing the Nerazzurri's title push and relegating them to lower odds for second place. Napoli's traders' edge stems from their recent four-win streak in five games, superior goal difference (+16 vs. Milan's +24 but with more goals scored), and home advantage in the pivotal April 6 head-to-head clash against Milan, which could decide the runner-up spot amid eight games remaining. Como lurks six points back at 57 but faces tougher fixtures, keeping the market tightly bunched between the top two contenders' consistent form and defensive solidity.

In the event of a tie, this market will resolve to the team officially recognized by Serie A as finishing in second place. If multiple teams are officially awarded second place, the market will resolve to the team whose listed name comes first alphabetically.
If at any point it becomes impossible for the listed club to finish 2nd in the 2025-2026 Serie A season (e.g. they are mathematically unable to achieve enough points), the market will resolve to "No".
If the 2025-2026 Serie A season is cancelled, postponed after May 31, 2026, 11:59 PM ET, or there is otherwise no 2nd place team declared within that timeframe, this market will resolve to “Other”.
The primary resolution source will be official information from Serie A. A consensus of credible reporting may also be used.
