This market will resolve to the coin which first reaches $10,000,000,000 or greater fully diluted valuation (FDV) between May 28, 2024, 12:00 PM ET and December 31, 2024, 11:59 PM ET.

This market will resolve to "$PEPE" if the FDV of $PEPE hits $10B before $WIF. This market will resolve to "$WIF" if $WIF hits $10B before $PEPE.

If neither hits $10B before the resolution date, this market will resolve 50-50.

The primary resolution source for this market will be whichever token hits 10b first according to each coin's all time high price multiplied by total supply according to CoinGecko: $PEPE (https://www.coingecko.com/en/coins/pepe) and $WIF (https://www.coingecko.com/en/coins/dogwifhat).

This market will resolve to "Yes" if the Fully Diluted Valuation of Puffpaw's governance token is greater than the value specified in the title 1 day after launch. Otherwise, the market will resolve to "No."

Silver will be considered to hit 100 if any Yahoo Finance 1-minute candle for the front month for Comex Silver futures (SI=F) has a final "High" price equal to or above 100. 

The front month for Comex Silver futures at a given time will be the specific Silver futures contract shown on Yahoo Finance at https://finance.yahoo.com/quote/SI=F/ at that time. If the silver futures contract shown on Yahoo Finance at https://finance.yahoo.com/quote/SI=F/ changes during this market's timeframe, this market will treat the updated contract as the new front month. Prices/quotes for other Silver Futures contracts will not be considered.

The resolution source for Silver will be Yahoo Finance, specifically, the Comex Silver futures "High" prices available at https://finance.yahoo.com/quote/SI=F/, with the chart settings on "1m" for candle intervals.

Bitcoin will be considered to hit 100k if any Binance 1 minute candle for BTC/USDT has a final High price equal to or greater than 100,000.

The resolution source for Bitcoin will be Binance, specifically the BTC/USDT High prices available at https://www.binance.com/en/trade/BTC_USDT, with the chart settings on "1m" for one-minute candles selected on the top bar.

If Silver first hits 100 and Bitcoin first hits 100k in candles for the same exact minute, or If Silver has not hit 100 and Bitcoin has not hit 100k by December 31, 2026, 11:59 PM ET, this market will resolve 50-50.

Please note that the outcome of this market depends solely on the price data from the Binance BTC/USDT trading pair and from Yahoo Finance Silver futures front month quotes. Prices from other data aggregators, other exchanges, different trading pairs, or spot markets will not be considered for the resolution of this market.

As of market creation, PepsiCo Inc is estimated to release earnings on February 3, 2026. The Street consensus estimate for PepsiCo Inc’s non-GAAP EPS for the relevant quarter is $2.24 as of market creation. This market will resolve to "Yes" if PepsiCo Inc reports non-GAAP EPS greater than $2.24 for the relevant quarter in its next quarterly earnings release. Otherwise, it will resolve to "No." The resolution source will be the non-GAAP EPS listed in the company’s official earnings documents. 

If PepsiCo Inc releases earnings without non-GAAP EPS, then the market will resolve according to the non-GAAP EPS figure reported by SeekingAlpha. If no such figure is published within 96h of market close (4:00:00pm ET) on the day earnings are announced, the market will resolve according to the GAAP EPS listed in the company’s official earnings documents; or, if not published there, according to the GAAP EPS provided by SeekingAlpha. If no GAAP EPS number is available from either source at that time, the market will resolve to “No.” (For the purposes of this market, GAAP EPS refers to diluted GAAP EPS, unless it is not published, in which case it refers to basic GAAP EPS.)

An “initial public offering (IPO)” refers to the first sale of OpenAI’s equity securities to the public through a regulated stock exchange.

OpenAI will be considered to have achieved a $1 trillion valuation if the market capitalization implied by the IPO offering price multiplied by the total number of outstanding shares equals or exceeds $1 trillion USD.

Announcements, filings, or planned IPOs that do not result in public trading by that time will not qualify. Private funding rounds, secondary share sales, or employee-share transactions will not be considered. A direct listing or merger via SPAC will qualify only if it results in OpenAI’s common shares becoming publicly traded for the first time on a major exchange.

If OpenAI’s IPO is priced before the resolution deadline but public trading has not yet commenced, the market may remain open for up to 30 calendar days to determine whether the IPO is completed.

If OpenAI is acquired, dissolved, or merged into another entity before an IPO occurs, this market will resolve to “No.” In the event of a restructuring, the market will resolve based on the entity legally recognized as OpenAI’s successor will
