This market will resolve according to the player that finishes the 2026 Men’s NCAA Division 1 Basketball season and NCAA Tournament with the highest assists per game average of any qualified player. In the event of a tie for the highest assists per game average, this market will resolve in favor of the player who appeared in the greater number of games. If the tied players also played the same number of games, the market will resolve in favor of the player whose listed last name comes first alphabetically. Qualification for inclusion in official NCAA leaderboards (such as minimum games or statistical thresholds) will be determined according to NCAA rules and applied exactly as reflected in the official leaderboard. If the 2026 Men’s NCAA Division 1 Basketball season is cancelled, postponed after April 20, 2026, 11:59 PM ET, or if an official leader has not been declared within that timeframe, this market will resolve to "Other". The resolution source will be the NCAA (ncaa.com/stats/basketball-men/d1).Jeremy Fears Jr. commands 69% trader consensus as NCAAM assists per game leader, topping national charts at 9.4 APG over 34 games for Michigan State with 321 total assists, amplified by his record 16-assist NCAA Tournament outburst on March 21 that etched Spartans history and advanced them to the Sweet 16. Themus Fulks holds 20.5% as the prime challenger after shattering UCF's single-season assist record (185+) in late February and sustaining 6.7 APG amid Big 12 play, giving him catch-up potential if the Knights extend their postseason. Braden Smith's 9.03 APG for Purdue fades to 1.4% amid fewer remaining opportunities, while others like Donovan Dent and Christian Anderson trail further on volume and consistency, with tournament progression pivotal for final averages.
