Cleveland Guardians hold a 2-1 series lead over the Seattle Mariners heading into Sunday's finale at pitcher-friendly T-Mobile Park, where early-season momentum hinges on pitching depth and injury updates. Rookie Chase DeLauter sparked Cleveland's Thursday win with his first two career homers, while Tanner Bibee exited Saturday's victory early due to right shoulder inflammation, listed day-to-day alongside Hunter Gaddis' forearm strain on the 15-day IL. Seattle, rebounding Friday with a 5-1 win, placed reliever Carlos Vargas on the 15-day IL (lat strain) and shortstop J.P. Crawford on the 10-day (shoulder soreness), straining their bullpen amid heavy early usage. José Ramírez anchors Guardians' lineup against Mariners' home-field edge and rested arms.
