The resolution source for this market will be information from Wunderground, specifically the highest temperature recorded for all times on this day by the Forecast for the Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport Station once information is finalized, available here: https://www.wunderground.com/history/daily/us/ga/atlanta/KATL. To toggle between Fahrenheit and Celsius, click the gear icon next to the search bar and switch the Temperature setting between °F and °C. This market can not resolve to "Yes" until all data for this date has been finalized. The resolution source for this market measures temperatures to whole degrees Fahrenheit (eg, 21°F). Thus, this is the level of precision that will be used when resolving the market. Any revisions to temperatures recorded after data is finalized for this market's timeframe will not be considered for this market's resolution.Latest National Weather Service guidance and ensemble model outputs from NOAA's GFS and ECMWF indicate Atlanta's high temperature on April 3 clustering in the upper 70s to low 80s Fahrenheit, fueling the tight race among 76-77°F (25.5% implied probability), 80-81°F (29.0%), and nearby bins as traders weigh short-range forecast spread. This positioning stems from a building upper-level ridge over the Southeast after March's unseasonable warmth (recent highs in the 80s) and dry conditions that enhance diurnal heating potential, though variable cloud cover and 20-50% chances of isolated afternoon showers introduce uncertainty. Historical early April averages hover around 72°F, making above-normal outcomes favored; new 00Z/12Z model runs will refine consensus before resolution at Hartsfield-Jackson Airport.
