Ghana entered the 12th match of the ICC Men's T20 World Cup Africa Sub Regional Qualifier B as clear trader favorites, riding a perfect 3-0 record with a strong +2.75 NRR in the Accra round-robin, bolstered by home advantage at Achimota Senior Secondary School B Field and recent thriller wins over Seychelles and Malawi by 2 wickets. Eswatini, languishing with 1 win and 2 heavy defeats—including a 158-run loss to Tanzania 2 days prior—faced steep odds amid batting inconsistencies and a -3.98 NRR. No major injuries or weather disruptions reported; pitch favored pace bowling, aligning with Ghana's all-round depth. Top-two finishers advance, heightening stakes for Ghana's unbeaten run.
