Liquid scraped a gritty 3-2 win over Extinction last weekend, exposing backline vulnerabilities now addressed by emergency flex support sub Yasser "Escanor" Alotaibi, who joined eight days ago after recent roster flux including Coluge's February tank addition. Dallas Fuel impressed with a 3-1 rout of Disguised, leveraging new post-OWL roster standouts like tank Kellan and DPS Kronik in the Lucio-Kiriko meta. Extra prep time favors Liquid's cohesion, but Fuel's early momentum signals a competitive series amid hero ban dynamics and map pool edges.
