This market will resolve to "Yes" if Cooper Flagg scores more than 19.5 points in his game against Houston. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No".

If this game is cancelled, postponed past April 15, or Cooper Flagg otherwise doesn't play in the game, this market will resolve to "No".
