**Rich McCormick's strong incumbency position in Georgia's 7th congressional district drives near-certain trader expectations of an outright majority on November 3, 2026.** The Republican incumbent, who secured 64.9% in 2024, faces Democrat Anthony Kozycki after both cleared their respective primaries—McCormick unopposed and Kozycki via a June runoff. Multiple nonpartisan ratings classify the seat as Solid or Safe Republican, consistent with its R+11 Partisan Voter Index. Fundraising heavily favors McCormick, and the district's suburban-rural mix north of Atlanta has shown consistent Republican support in recent cycles. This positioning leads traders to assign very high implied probability to a first-round win exceeding 50%, avoiding the December 1 runoff. While late developments such as scandals, health events, or unusually high Democratic turnout could narrow margins, current evidence from primary results, candidate resources, and district fundamentals supports the prevailing consensus on a decisive outcome.
