Drake Maye has thrown eight passing touchdowns through five 2026 regular-season games for the Patriots after an early slump that produced just one score and six interceptions in his first three starts. He has since posted three and four touchdown games in Weeks 4 and 5, respectively, including a 374-yard, four-touchdown performance against the Raiders that featured multiple deep strikes and no turnovers. The 24-year-old built on his 2025 breakout (31 touchdowns, MVP runner-up finish) with strong efficiency metrics in recent outings, though New England faces a tougher remaining schedule and continues to deal with injuries along the offensive line and at wide receiver. His dual-threat ability and improved supporting cast remain central to season-long passing touchdown totals.
