On Feb 13 it was announced the sentencing of Changpeng Zhao (CZ) in the ongoing case "United States v. Changpeng Zhao" would be postponed to April 30 (see https://www.cnbc.com/2024/02/12/criminal-sentencing-of-binance-founder-cz-postponed-to-late-april-.html). 

This market will resolve to "Yes" if CZ is sentenced to spend any time in custody of a jail or prison, as part of "United States v. Changpeng Zhao", by December 31, 2024, 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No".

This market will resolve immediately based on the first sentence passed in this case, regardless of appeals. If the first sentencing in this case does not include jail or prison time, this market will resolve to "No".

The primary resolution source for this market will be official information from involved government(s), however a consensus of credible reporting may also be used.

This market will resolve to “Yes” if the 01.xyz total volume is equal to or greater than $5,000,000,000 at any point by March 31, 2026, 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise, it will resolve to “No.”

The primary resolution source for this market will be https://01.xyz/markets, using the “Total volume” value shown on the site.

If the resolution source becomes permanently unavailable, this market will resolve based on a consensus of credible reporting.

Will 01.xyz reach $5B in total volume by March 31, 2026?

This market will resolve to “Yes” if the auction clearing price for the Zama public sale is greater than the price specified in the title. Otherwise, this market will resolve to “No.”

If the final auction clearing price cannot be verified by December 31, 2026, 11:59 PM ET, or if the relevant information becomes permanently unavailable, this market will resolve to “No.”

The next Federal Open Market Committee (FOMC) meeting is scheduled for January 27-28, 2026. The policy decision will be announced at 2:00 PM Eastern Time on January 28, followed by the Fed Chair’s press conference at around 2:30 PM ET.

This market will resolve according to both the number of dissenting votes recorded at the next Federal Open Market Committee monetary policy meeting, specifically those dissenting on the federal funds rate decision, and the amount of basis points the upper bound of the target federal funds rate is changed by versus the level it was prior to the meeting.

The resolution source for this market is the FOMC’s statement after its meeting scheduled for January 27-28, 2026, according to the official calendar: https://www.federalreserve.gov/monetarypolicy/fomccalendars.htm.

The FED interest rates are defined in this market by the upper bound of the target federal funds rate. The decisions on the target federal funds rate are made by the Federal Open Market Committee (FOMC) meetings.

If the FOMC changes the upper bound of the target federal funds rate by an amount that is within 12.5 basis points of either “No change” or a “25bp cut,” the change will be rounded to the corresponding listed bracket (e.g., a 12.5-bp change is rounded to a 25-bp cut).

If any change is announced that is not listed, including any non-standard increment that cannot be rounded to a listed bracket under the rule above, this market will resolve to “Other.”

The level and change of the target federal funds rate are also published at the official website of the Federal Reserve at https://www.federalreserve.gov/monetarypolicy/openmarket.htm.

This market may resolve as soon as the FOMC’s statement for the January meeting with relevant data is issued. If no statement is released by the end date of the next scheduled meeting, this market will resolve to the “Other” bracket.

This market will resolve to the combined outcome corresponding to both the rate decision (No change / 25bp cut / Other) and the number of dissents (<2 or ≥2) as expressed in the displayed strike options.

As of market creation, Intercontinental Exchange is estimated to release earnings on February 5, 2026. The Street consensus estimate for Intercontinental Exchange’s non-GAAP EPS for the relevant quarter is $1.67 as of market creation. This market will resolve to "Yes" if Intercontinental Exchange reports non-GAAP EPS greater than $1.67 for the relevant quarter in its next quarterly earnings release. Otherwise, it will resolve to "No." The resolution source will be the non-GAAP EPS listed in the company’s official earnings documents. 

If Intercontinental Exchange releases earnings without non-GAAP EPS, then the market will resolve according to the non-GAAP EPS figure reported by SeekingAlpha. If no such figure is published within 96h of market close (4:00:00pm ET) on the day earnings are announced, the market will resolve according to the GAAP EPS listed in the company’s official earnings documents; or, if not published there, according to the GAAP EPS provided by SeekingAlpha. If no GAAP EPS number is available from either source at that time, the market will resolve to “No.” (For the purposes of this market, GAAP EPS refers to diluted GAAP EPS, unless it is not published, in which case it refers to basic GAAP EPS.)

If the company does not release earnings within 45 calendar days of the estimated earnings date, this market will resolve to “No.”

This market will resolve to the blockchain that the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) officially confirms it will use for the settlement of its tokenized securities platform.

An official announcement, regulatory filing, or public statement from NYSE or ICE explicitly naming a blockchain will qualify for resolution and will trigger immediate resolution, regardless of whether additional blockchains are announced later.

If multiple blockchains are officially confirmed at the time of the first qualifying announcement, this market will resolve to “Multichain.”

If NYSE or ICE confirms the use of its own blockchain developed by or for NYSE/ICE—whether public or private, and whether developed independently or in partnership—this market will resolve to “Own Chain.”

The primary resolution sources will be official announcements from NYSE or ICE, regulatory filings, or a broad consensus of credible reporting.

If no blockchain is officially confirmed by December 31, 2026, 11:59 PM ET, this market will resolve to “Other.”

Will the NYSE choose Ethereum?

This market will resolve to “Yes” if Amazon Web services experiences any service interruption event with a severity classification of “disrupted” by January 31, 2026, 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to “No.”

The severity classification of an AWS service interruption event may be found on the AWS Health Dashboard (https://health.aws.amazon.com/health/status) when the relevant event is selected under “List of events.” Only publicly visible service events listed on the AWS Health Dashboard status page qualify. Account-specific AWS Health events do not count.

Qualifying incidents may include outages and other issues whose severity AWS classifies as “disrupted.” 

This market will resolve as soon as the severity of any service interruption is classified as “disrupted”, regardless of subsequent revisions or corrections. Revisions to the severity classification of any event to a classification of “disrupted” will be considered as long as those revisions are published within this market’s timeframe.

If an incident is ongoing at this market’s resolution time, the market may remain open until that incident receives an official severity classification, and it will resolve based on the first such classification published.
