Trader consensus prices Napoli at 52.5% implied probability to secure Serie A second place, edging AC Milan at 38.5% despite trailing by one point (62-63 after 30 matchdays), primarily due to Napoli's more favorable remaining fixtures—including a pivotal home clash against Milan on April 6—contrasting Milan's tougher slate featuring Como, Juventus, and Lazio. Both sides enter off recent wins: Milan 3-2 over Torino and Napoli 1-0 at Cagliari in matchday 30, bolstering momentum in the Champions League qualification race. Como (57 points, +31 goal difference) lurks as a surprise at 9.5% with strong recent form, while Inter's six-point lead (69 points) carries slim 11.5% risk of dropping to second amid potential slips. Juventus and Roma (both ~54 points) hold 7.5% each on consistent mid-table pushes.

In the event of a tie, this market will resolve to the team officially recognized by Serie A as finishing in second place. If multiple teams are officially awarded second place, the market will resolve to the team whose listed name comes first alphabetically.
If at any point it becomes impossible for the listed club to finish 2nd in the 2025-2026 Serie A season (e.g. they are mathematically unable to achieve enough points), the market will resolve to "No".
If the 2025-2026 Serie A season is cancelled, postponed after May 31, 2026, 11:59 PM ET, or there is otherwise no 2nd place team declared within that timeframe, this market will resolve to “Other”.
The primary resolution source will be official information from Serie A. A consensus of credible reporting may also be used.
