The EWC 2026 APAC Qualifier for League of Legends features the eight LCP teams—DetonatioN FocusMe, CTBC Flying Oyster, GAM Esports, SoftBank HAWKS gaming, Secret Whales, Deep Cross Gaming, Ground Zero Gaming, and MVK Esports—in a double-elimination online bracket from May 5-20, with the winner advancing to the Riyadh main event (runner-up qualifies if they also win LCP Split 2). LCP Split 2 regular season launched April 3, delivering early momentum: CTBC Flying Oyster notched key Bo5 victories over GAM Esports (3-2) and PSG Talon (3-2) in Rounds 3-4, bolstering their standing despite roster departures like Junjia and HongQ. Traders eye ongoing Split 2 form, head-to-head history, Fearless Draft adaptations, and patch meta shifts as pivotal for seeding and upsets in this evenly matched field.
