**Flávio Bolsonaro holds a commanding lead in Roraima for first place in the October 4 first round, with traders pricing his probability near 97 percent.** Recent state-level polling from early September shows him at 62 percent against Lula’s 18 percent and single-digit support for other registered candidates, reflecting the state’s longstanding alignment with the Liberal Party and Bolsonarista priorities on agribusiness, infrastructure, and federal environmental oversight. Flávio’s mid-September campaign stops in Boa Vista, including meetings with local producers and a motorcycle caravan, have reinforced visibility in this northern stronghold. Nationally the presidential contest remains close, yet Roraima’s voter base has shown limited movement despite ongoing investigations tied to the candidate. Late shifts could arise from major new legal developments or turnout surges among opposition-leaning groups, but current evidence points to sustained regional dominance.
