This market will resolve to "Yes" if a land corridor is officially announced by the Armenian government connecting mainland Azerbaijan to the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic via the southern Armenian province of Syunik, by December 31, 2025, 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No".

For this market to resolve to "Yes," it is sufficient that the government of Armenia publicly announces the establishment of a qualifying corridor. The implementation date, duration, and exact form of the corridor, including its mode of transit (road, rail, etc.), and customs or security arrangements, will not affect resolution.

The primary source of resolution for this market will be official government statements from Armenia; however, an overwhelming consensus of credible reporting may also be used.

An extension, amendment, or replacement of the New START treaty will qualify, provided it is publicly announced as a concluded agreement by both parties within the time frame. Exploratory discussions or stated intent to extend without a finalized agreement will not qualify.

1. A written or signed framework-related instrument issued or signed by Ukraine that affirms agreement with the U.S.-endorsed framework.

2. An official U.S.–Ukraine announcement — defined as an official government-issued declaration, such as a joint statement, communiqué, or coordinated official releases, explicitly stating that Ukraine has agreed to a U.S.-endorsed peace framework. The announcement must be issued through authorized government channels, including official written releases or formally published transcripts by the White House, State Department, Office of the President of Ukraine, Cabinet of Ministers, or Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
