**Cameron Ward, the Titans' starting quarterback in his second NFL season, has thrown just 3 passing touchdowns through the first 4 games of 2026 while completing 63% of his passes for 726 yards and 2 interceptions.** The 0-4 Titans rank near the bottom of the league in scoring and passing production as Ward adjusts to offensive coordinator Brian Daboll's system following a rookie year of 15 touchdowns in 17 games. Accuracy, decision-making, and footwork issues have drawn scrutiny, though the team has reaffirmed its commitment to his development without benching plans. Ward remains healthy with no injury designation and faces a tough upcoming matchup against the Texans, followed by games against the Colts and others. Limited weapons and a struggling supporting cast continue to constrain scoring opportunities and efficiency.
