Sell captured 40 percent in the March 3 primary, advancing ahead of Enriquez at 19 percent and Matthew Smith at 18 percent, bolstered by superior fundraising exceeding $1.2 million, prior experience on the House Agriculture Committee, and endorsements from several eliminated candidates.
