Antonio Conte’s departure from Napoli at the end of the 2025-26 Serie A campaign has opened a wide managerial search, producing a tightly bunched field of candidates whose implied probabilities cluster between 35% and 47.5%. Recent reports highlight Maurizio Sarri’s strong internal backing due to his prior successful spell at the club, while Massimiliano Allegri’s potential availability from Milan adds another experienced Serie A option. International profiles such as Ruben Amorim and Andoni Iraola maintain comparable market positioning amid speculation over stylistic fit and transfer-market appeal. This competitive balance reflects ongoing uncertainty, with no single name emerging as a clear frontrunner in the latest developments.
