CeeDee Lamb has posted a dominant early 2026 season for the Dallas Cowboys, leading all wide receivers with 39 receptions and 507 receiving yards through five games alongside four touchdowns. His standout performance included a single-game Cowboys record of 17 catches for 189 yards in Week 4, though a quad bruise limited him to two receptions for nine yards in the Week 5 loss to Tampa Bay. The injury is described as minor, with Lamb expected to return for Week 6 against Green Bay after extra rest. Lamb has cleared 1,000 yards in five prior seasons when healthy but missed time in 2024 and 2025 due to injuries; teammate George Pickens adds target competition, while the Cowboys' 2-3 record and offensive volume under quarterback Dak Prescott will influence his season-long accumulation.
