CeeDee Lamb has opened the 2026 season with 39 receptions, 507 yards, and 4 receiving touchdowns through five games for the 2-3 Dallas Cowboys, leading the NFL in catches and ranking near the top in yards while drawing a high target share from Dak Prescott. A minor quad bruise sustained in Week 5 against Tampa Bay is not considered serious, with reports indicating Lamb should return for the Week 6 matchup at Green Bay after extra rest. His recent form includes a franchise-record 17-catch, 189-yard, one-touchdown performance in Week 4 versus Houston. The Cowboys’ offense has leaned heavily on the passing game amid defensive struggles, though George Pickens has emerged as a complementary option that could influence target distribution over the remaining 12 regular-season games.
