Rockstar Games and parent company Take-Two Interactive have repeatedly reaffirmed the November 19, 2026 launch window for Grand Theft Auto VI following two prior delays from the original 2025 target, most recently in Take-Two’s May 2026 earnings call where CEO Strauss Zelnick explicitly tied fiscal 2027 guidance to the date. Official statements emphasize extra time for polish on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X versions, with no fresh indications of slippage or internal issues surfacing in the past month. Traders appear to view these commitments, combined with Rockstar’s history of delivering once a date is publicly locked, as outweighing lingering fan skepticism from earlier shifts, keeping the implied probability of another postponement at 75.5% on “No.” The next earnings update could test sentiment before the fall window closes.
