Q2 results showed revenue of $12.56 billion (+13% year over year) and operating income of $4.2 billion, with management narrowing full-year 2026 revenue guidance to $51.0–51.4 billion (13–14% growth) and reiterating a 31.5% operating margin target, supported by advertising revenue doubling toward $3 billion. Growth is decelerating, with Q3 revenue expected to rise 11.7%, while the stock’s forward P/E near 21–26 times reflects the market’s focus on the slowdown and lower engagement reporting frequency ahead. The next catalyst is Q3 earnings on October 20, alongside ongoing live-event programming and share buybacks that could influence price levels through month-end.
