Alexis Lebrun dominated Siu Hang Lam 3-0 in straight sets during the group stage of the WTT Men's World Cup, securing his first career win at the event and propelling trader consensus to 100% implied probability on his victory. The 14th-ranked Frenchman, a rising star with recent WTT Champions titles, overwhelmed the Hong Kong qualifier—who had upset Kanak Jha the prior day—with superior power and consistency across all games. Lam's lower world ranking and qualifier status highlighted the mismatch, as Lebrun's aggressive forehand and precise spin play proved insurmountable. While official results confirm the outcome, rare post-match reviews or disqualifications could theoretically impact resolution, though none are indicated.
