Philadelphia Phillies (3-3) hold a commanding historical edge over the Colorado Rockies (2-4), winning 16 of the last 19 meetings including a four-game sweep at Coors Field last May, where Bryce Harper has posted a .350 average with 26 extra-base hits in 40 games. Aaron Nola takes the mound for Philadelphia against Michael Lorenzen in his home debut for Colorado, amid Coors Field's extreme hitter-friendly conditions due to high altitude. Recent injuries thin the Rockies' outfield with Zac Veen (knee, 10-day IL), Mickey Moniak (finger, 10-day IL), and Blaine Crim (oblique, 10-day IL) sidelined, while Phillies reliever Orion Kerkering remains out with a Grade 1 hamstring strain; both clubs show middling early-season form with bullpen depth a key watch.
