Elon Musk's March 10 announcement that X Money's early public access would launch in April has anchored trader sentiment, positioning the digital payments platform—featuring peer-to-peer transfers, 6% APY on balances via Cross River Bank, FDIC-insured deposits, and personalized Visa debit cards—as imminent amid ongoing beta testing. Polymarket traders reflect this with 60% implied probability by April 30, up from prior uncertainty, driven by X's regulatory progress on money transmitter licenses and competitive push to rival Venmo and PayPal in the everything-app race. Key watchpoint: official X confirmation of open waitlist or public beta rollout, potentially before April 10, as closed betas do not qualify for market resolution.
