In the Credit One Charleston Open round of 32 on green clay, No. 13 seed Sara Bejlek (WTA 40, left-handed) holds a substantial experience edge over qualifier Akasha Urhobo (WTA 273), driving trader consensus toward the Czech's implied favoritism. Bejlek enters with solid 2026 form (9-3 YTD) but off a Miami opening-round loss to Talia Gibson, while the 19-year-old American rides momentum from three qualifying wins—including over Whitney Osuigwe and Elvina Kalieva—plus a first-round retirement victory against Solana Sierra. No prior head-to-head exists; Urhobo benefits from home crowd support and recent streak, but Bejlek's top-50 consistency and stylistic matchup advantages on clay temper upset potential amid fair weather conditions.
