This market will resolve to "Yes" if Donald Trump initiates a lawsuit against Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez by February 28, 2025, 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No".

The primary resolution source will be statements from relevant courts, Donald Trump, Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, or any of their legal representatives and a consensus of credible reporting may also be used.
