On June 24 it was reported that prosecutors are recommending that the Department of Justice file criminal charges against Boeing for the recent string of 737 MAX crashes. This market will resolve to "Yes" if the DOJ charges Boeing between June 23 and July 7, 2024, 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No".

If the DOJ explicitly declines to charge Boeing before the deadline, this market may immediately resolve to "No."

The primary resolution source will be information from the DOJ, however a consensus of credible reporting will also be used.
