Chapter 3, Article 65 of the Constitution of the Russian Federation lists all "subjects" of the Russian Federation. As of the writing of this market, there are 85 federal subjects of the Russian Federation.

If at any time between May 17, 2022, and October 1, 2022, 11:59:59 PM ET (inclusive), the Constitution of the Russian Federation lists 86 or more "subjects of the Russian Federation", this market will resolve to "Yes". Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No".
