This market will resolve to "Yes" if the FDV of $MFER reaches $1,000,000,000.00 or greater for five consecutive minutes between April 23, 2024, 2:00 PM ET, and May 31, 2024, 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No".

The primary resolution source for this market will be 1 minute price candles for $MFER available at https://dexscreener.com/base/0x7ec18abf80e865c6799069df91073335935c4185, viewed by clicking Price and 1m on the top row of the chart. Specifically, five consecutive 1-minute price candles need to all have Low prices which, when multiplied by the total supply of $MFER, provide an FDV $1,000,000,000.00 or greater for this market to resolve to “Yes.”

If the five minute period starts at e.g. May 31, 11:58 PM ET to June 1, 12:02 AM ET, it will count for this market.

This market will immediately resolve to “Yes” if any 1-minute candle for MARU (MARU/USDC) during Q1 2026 (from January 1 to 11:59 PM ET on March 31) has a final “High” price that implies a Fully Diluted Valuation (FDV) equal to or greater than the value specified in the title. Otherwise, the market will resolve to “No.”

The FDV will be calculated by multiplying the MARU token price by the total token supply.

The resolution source for this market is EdgeX, specifically the MARU/USDC price feed available at:
https://pro.edgex.exchange/spot/MARU/USDC
with the chart set to “1m” (one-minute candles).

This market will resolve based on Freddie Mac's market capitalization at the closing price on its first day of trading.

If no IPO occurs by June 30, 2026, 11:59 PM ET, the market will resolve to "No IPO by June 30, 2026".

Market capitalization expresses the monetary value of a company’s outstanding shares, stated in its pricing currency. It is calculated as the number of shares outstanding multiplied by the closing share price on the first trading day.

If the relevant value falls exactly between two brackets, then this market will resolve to the higher range bracket.

Resolution will be based on the primary exchange’s official listing page. In the event that the relevant figure is not displayed, another reliable source will be used.

In the event of an interruption in the course of the normal trading session on Freddie Mac’s first day of trading (e.g., a circuit breaker or half-day), the market will resolve according to the official closing price of the abbreviated session. If no such official closing price is published, the market will resolve according to the next trading day on which an official closing price is published, treating that as the first day of trading for purposes of this market.

This market will resolve to “Yes” if cumulative crypto payment card volume is equal to or greater than $1.5B at any point by March 31, 2026, 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise, it will resolve to “No.”

The resolution source for this market will be PaymentScan (https://www.paymentscan.xyz/), using the “Cumulative Crypto Card Volumes” chart with “Volume”, “Cumulative”, and “All” selected.

The “Total” value shown when hovering over any daily data point must be equal to or greater than $1.5B to qualify. A daily data point will be considered finalized once the following day’s data point is published.

If the resolution source becomes permanently unavailable, the market will resolve based on other reliable crypto data sources.
