This market will resolve to "Yes" if Bob Menendez announces he is resigning from his position as United States Senator from New Jersey immediately or at a point before his present term is set to expire between September 22 and December 31, 2023 ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No".

The primary resolution source for this market will be official information from the Government of the United States of America or official statements by Bob Menendez or his representative, however a consensus of credible reporting will suffice.
