The Department of Justice has publicly released the first 12 datasets of Epstein investigation files under the Epstein Files Transparency Act, including over 3.5 million pages, thousands of videos, and images in major drops during late 2025 and January 2026, but datasets 13 through 23 remain locked behind secure login on the DOJ Epstein library site, accessible only to authorized users. This delay has sparked bipartisan congressional pressure, including a House Oversight Committee subpoena to Attorney General Pam Bondi amid reports of Trump administration dissatisfaction with release handling and potential DOJ leadership changes. As of early April 2026, no public release of Data Set 13 has occurred, with trader consensus reflecting skepticism on near-term disclosure absent further legislative votes, hearings, or executive orders.
