This market will resolve to "Yes" if the FDV of DADDY TATE ($DADDY) reaches $1,000,000,000.00 or greater for five consecutive minutes between June 12, 2024, 4:00 PM ET, and June 21, 2024, 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No".

The primary resolution source for this market will be 1 minute price candles for $DADDY available at https://dexscreener.com/solana/zcdaw3jpcqey8jyvxnvmqs2cu35cyddy4ot7v8ednhz, viewed by clicking Price and 1m on the top row of the chart. Specifically, five consecutive 1-minute price candles need to all have Low prices which, when multiplied by the total NON-BURNED supply of $DADDY, provide an FDV $1,000,000,000.00 or greater for this market to resolve to “Yes.”

If the five minute period starts at e.g. June 21, 11:58 PM ET to June 22, 12:02 AM ET, it will count for this market.

If Aflac releases earnings without non-GAAP EPS, then the market will resolve according to the non-GAAP EPS figure reported by SeekingAlpha. If no such figure is published within 96h of market close (4:00:00pm ET) on the day earnings are announced, the market will resolve according to the GAAP EPS listed in the company’s official earnings documents; or, if not published there, according to the GAAP EPS provided by SeekingAlpha. If no GAAP EPS number is available from either source at that time, the market will resolve to “No.” (For the purposes of this market, GAAP EPS refers to diluted GAAP EPS, unless it is not published, in which case it refers to basic GAAP EPS.)

If the company does not release earnings within 45 calendar days of the estimated earnings date, this market will resolve to “No.” 

Note: Subsequent restatements, corrections, or revisions made to the initially announced non-GAAP EPS figure will not qualify for resolution, except in the case of obvious and immediate mistakes (e.g., fat finger errors, as with Lyft's (LYFT) earnings release in February 2024).

The “Total” value shown when hovering over any daily data point must be equal to or greater than $1.5B to qualify. A daily data point will be considered finalized once the following day’s data point is published.

If the resolution source becomes permanently unavailable, the market will resolve based on other reliable crypto data sources.

This market will resolve to “Yes” if OpenAI completes an initial public offering (IPO) valued at $1 trillion USD or higher at the time of the IPO by December 31, 2026, 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise, it will resolve to “No.”

An “initial public offering (IPO)” refers to the first sale of OpenAI’s equity securities to the public through a regulated stock exchange.

OpenAI will be considered to have achieved a $1 trillion valuation if the market capitalization implied by the IPO offering price multiplied by the total number of outstanding shares equals or exceeds $1 trillion USD.

Announcements, filings, or planned IPOs that do not result in public trading by that time will not qualify. Private funding rounds, secondary share sales, or employee-share transactions will not be considered. A direct listing or merger via SPAC will qualify only if it results in OpenAI’s common shares becoming publicly traded for the first time on a major exchange.

If OpenAI’s IPO is priced before the resolution deadline but public trading has not yet commenced, the market may remain open for up to 30 calendar days to determine whether the IPO is completed.
