Recent polls, including Emerson College (Vindman 48%, Anderson 37%) and RMG Research (46%-40%), have solidified Democrat Eugene Vindman's lead in Virginia's competitive 7th Congressional District, fueling trader consensus at 60.5% for a Democratic win amid an open seat race after Rep. Abigail Spanberger's gubernatorial bid. Republican Derrick Anderson trails despite strong fundraising, hampered by district's slight Democratic tilt from 2020 results and Vindman's advantages in veteran credentials and national Democratic spending. Strong early voting turnout in Democratic strongholds and minimal third-party traction further suppress GOP odds to 13%, reflecting bettors' assessment of momentum absent major shifts before November 5.
