Inter Milan have secured the Scudetto race with 69 points after 30 matchdays, leaving a fiercely contested battle for second place and automatic Champions League qualification, where AC Milan hold a slim one-point lead over Napoli at 63-62 despite Napoli's superior recent form of four wins in their last five league games. Traders' slight edge to Napoli (46.5% implied probability vs. Milan's 41.5%) reflects their attacking output (19 wins), momentum from a 1-0 win at Cagliari in matchday 30, and a crucial home fixture against Milan on April 6 that could flip the table. Como's surge to 57 points with a 5-0 thrashing of Pisa keeps fourth in striking distance, while Juventus and Roma lurk at 54, amplifying the high-stakes run-in amid tight head-to-heads and varying fixture difficulties.

In the event of a tie, this market will resolve to the team officially recognized by Serie A as finishing in second place. If multiple teams are officially awarded second place, the market will resolve to the team whose listed name comes first alphabetically.
If at any point it becomes impossible for the listed club to finish 2nd in the 2025-2026 Serie A season (e.g. they are mathematically unable to achieve enough points), the market will resolve to "No".
If the 2025-2026 Serie A season is cancelled, postponed after May 31, 2026, 11:59 PM ET, or there is otherwise no 2nd place team declared within that timeframe, this market will resolve to “Other”.
The primary resolution source will be official information from Serie A. A consensus of credible reporting may also be used.
