St. Louis Blues (30-30-11) host Toronto Maple Leafs (31-29-13) on a three-game win streak, including Thursday's 2-1 overtime victory over San Jose Sharks that solidified their Western Conference wild-card push, while capping a strong nine-of-12 run. Toronto opens a four-game road trip after back-to-back regulation wins versus Boston Bruins and New York Rangers but faces challenges without Auston Matthews (out remainder of season, knee) and Chris Tanev (core muscle surgery). Blues' Dylan Holloway heats up with five points in five games and NHL-best +19 rating since late February; John Tavares counters with six points (3G,3A) in last five for Leafs. St. Louis leads NHL March penalty kill at 88.2%; season series tied after Toronto's prior 3-2 OT win.
