An “upset” is defined as a team with a lower seed that defeats a team with a higher seed.

If multiple teams are tied for most wins in the 2025–26 NBA Regular Season in the Eastern Conference, this market will resolve in favor of the team that receives the number 1 seed for the 2026 NBA Playoffs. If multiple teams finish with identical records, the league’s tiebreaker rules will be used to determine the worst record.

If it becomes impossible for the listed team to finish with the worst record based on the rules of the NBA, the market for that team may resolve to “No”.
