This market will resolve to "Yes" if the President of the United States, any member of the Cabinet of the United States, any member of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, or any US federal agency definitively states that the interstellar object named A11pl3Z either contains or is extraterrestrial life or technology by December 31, 2025, 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No".

Members of the Cabinet of the United States are limited to include the heads of the 15 government agencies as of the creation of this market, as well as the Administrator of the EPA, the Director of National Intelligence, the Chief of Staff, OMB Director, CIA Director, US Trade Representative, Ambassador to the UN, Chair of the Council of Economic Advisers, SBA Administrator, and OSTP Director.

The primary resolution source for this market will be official information from the government of the United States, however a consensus of credible reporting will also be used.
