England's commanding 76.5% implied probability as Group L winner stems from their elite FIFA ranking around 4th, stacked squad with stars like Harry Kane and Jude Bellingham, and proven major tournament pedigree including Euro 2024 runners-up status. Croatia's 17% share reflects their battle-tested experience—semifinalists in 2022 World Cup—with Luka Modric anchoring midfield, though an aging core tempers expectations against England's depth. Ghana (5.1%) and Panama (2.1%) trail due to vast ranking gaps (60s and 40s respectively) and historical struggles versus European powerhouses; recent developments like Panama's CONCACAF qualifier surges and Ghana's inconsistent CAF form offer slim upset potential, but traders favor the wisdom of crowds pricing in England's superior form and firepower.
