Belgium holds a commanding 69.5% implied probability as Group G winner in the FIFA World Cup 2026, bolstered by their top-10 FIFA ranking, depth in midfield with Kevin De Bruyne, and a dominant 5-2 friendly win over the USA on March 28 despite missing Leandro Trossard. Egypt trails at 20.5% as the main challenger, relying on Mohamed Salah's scoring prowess despite his recent muscle injury sidelining him from national team camp, with a recent 4-0 friendly rout of Saudi Arabia underscoring their attack. Iran and New Zealand languish below 3% amid Iran's ongoing participation uncertainty from geopolitical tensions and rejected requests to relocate U.S.-based fixtures to Mexico, while New Zealand, ranked 86th, prepares via FIFA Series matches against Finland and Chile but faces steep odds as OFC representatives.
