Tottenham Hotspur hold a two-point lead over West Ham United with one match remaining, placing them in 17th ahead of their home fixture against Everton while the Hammers travel to Leeds. Spurs’ superior goal difference of -10 compared with West Ham’s -22 provides a significant buffer, meaning even a narrow defeat combined with a West Ham win would likely leave Tottenham in 17th unless the margin reaches double digits. Both sides have endured inconsistent recent form amid a tight bottom-table scrap that has eliminated Nottingham Forest from danger and confirmed Wolves and Burnley’s relegation. The wisdom of crowds reflected in the current pricing underscores Tottenham’s clearer path to survival on the final day, though any result at either venue could still shift the precise finishing positions.
