Drake Maye has one rushing touchdown through five 2026 games on 30 carries for 161 yards, following four scores on 103 attempts in 2025 and two as a rookie. The second-year Patriots quarterback has shown consistent mobility with league-high scramble rates in prior seasons, converting designed runs and scrambles into red-zone opportunities under offensive coordinator Josh McDaniels. New England’s 3-2 start includes back-to-back high-output games, though a tougher remaining schedule and reliance on passing volume could limit designed carries. Official injury reports and weekly usage trends will shape expectations for his full-season total.
