Persistent rain in Accra forced the abandonment of Seychelles vs Eswatini without a toss, awarding each team one point and sealing their elimination from advancing to the regional qualifiers, as Tanzania and Ghana topped the table with four wins apiece. Entering the fixture, both sides held one victory from three matches—Seychelles chased St Helena's modest total by seven wickets with overs to spare, while Eswatini mirrored that success earlier—but endured heavy defeats: Seychelles thrashed by 153 runs by Tanzania and six wickets by Malawi, Eswatini routed by 158 runs to Tanzania, eight wickets to Malawi, and 83 runs to Ghana. Poor NRRs underscored batting frailties on bowler-friendly pitches.
