Cameron Ward, the Titans' second-year quarterback, has thrown just three passing touchdowns through five games in 2026 while completing 63% of his passes for 726 yards and two interceptions. Tennessee's offense ranks near the bottom in scoring and yards, hampered by a porous line, limited weapons, and Ward's accuracy and decision-making issues under new coordinator Brian Daboll. The team sits at 0-5, with Ward showing modest improvement in recent outings against Baltimore and New York but struggling in low-volume games like the Week 5 loss to Houston. His 2025 rookie total of 15 touchdowns sets a baseline, yet the current pace and schedule strength point to a modest season-long figure unless the offense stabilizes or he extends plays more effectively with his legs.
